Services described

Content on this site describes operational planning consultations for professional service firms. Descriptions and rates are informational. A signed engagement letter governs each paid consultation.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Workspace Haven or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the engagement letter; underlying methods remain ours.

No professional guarantees beyond scope

Operational planning advice is based on information you provide and observations during discovery. We do not guarantee commercial results, fee increases, or staffing outcomes. We do not provide legal, tax, or audit opinions unless separately engaged and licensed to do so.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Workspace Haven’s aggregate liability arising from site use or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or submit false information through forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
