Prices below are starting points for Bangkok-based professional service firms. Final fees depend on firm size, number of interview participants, and whether discovery is fully on site.
Operational Planning Engagement
From THB 85,000
Fixed project fee for a 4–6 week engagement. Larger practices (roughly 25+ people) or multi-site discovery typically sit higher. Includes discovery, draft workshop, final plan, and two follow-up sessions.
Quarterly Capacity Review
From THB 28,000
Half-day facilitated session plus written capacity notes. Add-on half days for multi-partner firms are quoted separately.
Delivery Process Mapping
From THB 45,000
Two on-site mapping days and a map pack. Extended observation on complex multi-consultant projects is scoped in the estimate.
Partner Advisory Retainer
From THB 18,000 / month
Three-month minimum. Includes two scheduled calls monthly and a quarterly priorities note. Ad-hoc written advice within agreed limits.
