Cookie notice

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where permitted, understand how pages are used.

How we use cookies

Workspace Haven uses essential cookies to remember your cookie choice and keep basic site functions working. With your acceptance, we may also use analytics cookies to learn which pages are visited. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to consultations information or the contact form.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
workspacehaven_cookie_consent Stores Accept or Reject choice for the consent banner 1 year (localStorage) Workspace Haven
_ga / _ga_* Analytics — distinguish visitors and sessions (only if accepted) Up to 2 years Google Analytics (if enabled)
_gid Analytics — distinguish visitors (only if accepted) 24 hours Google Analytics (if enabled)

Managing or disabling cookies

Use Accept or Reject on our banner. You can clear localStorage and browser cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may reset your consent preference on each visit.

Third-party cookies

If analytics are enabled after acceptance, third-party providers may set their own cookies. Their policies apply to those files. Embedded maps or fonts from third parties may process technical data as described in their notices.

Impact of disabling

Disabling essential consent storage means the banner may reappear. Disabling analytics cookies prevents us from collecting aggregate visit statistics; site content and forms remain available.
