About
A consulting practice built beside the firms it advises
Workspace Haven Consulting helps partners see capacity, intake, and delivery clearly enough to plan the next quarter without drowning in abstractions.
Registered name and history
The official registered business name is Workspace Haven Consulting Co., Ltd. The firm was established in 2017 in Pathum Wan, Bangkok, after years of informal planning support for neighbouring architecture and legal practices along Rama I.
Early work focused on helping studio partners draw capacity calendars before festival and renovation seasons. Demand grew as accounting and advisory firms asked for the same clarity around matter load and partner review time. Today the practice concentrates on operational planning for small professional service firms — typically five to forty people — across Greater Bangkok.
We remain deliberately small. Principals still lead discovery on site. We do not sell software, run marketing retainers, or position ourselves as a general management firm.
People
Arisa Thongchai, Principal — former operations lead for a multi-partner design collective; focuses on intake rules and partner calendars.
Nattapong Srisuk, Principal — background in professional services finance administration; leads capacity models and fee-rhythm conversations.
Associates join larger mapping engagements when a second pair of eyes is needed during observation weeks.
Working approach
We observe before we prescribe. Discovery interviews, shadowing of live work, and written plans with named owners are the backbone of every engagement. Recommendations stay inside what a firm of your size can staff next month.
Values that guide us: specificity over slogans, respect for craft labour, and honesty about what planning cannot fix — including underpricing that partners are unwilling to confront.
Where we work
Our office sits at 373 Rama I in Pathum Wan. Most discovery happens in client premises across Bangkok. Remote follow-up is available when partners travel or maintain multiple sites.
